We spend most of our adult lives at work and with our colleagues. We spend more time with our colleagues than with our family and friends. That’s why it matters how we feel around them, how much we love our work, how much we can fulfil our potential in our chosen profession and at work. Having worked as a psychologist, coach, mediator and trainer for the past 20 years with executives, people managers, business people and professionals – including in the pharmaceutical, banking, telecoms and consulting sectors – I know the challenges they face every day.

Drawing on my diverse business and organisational experience, and a strong background in psychology, communication, literature and the arts, I use integrated methods to work with my clients to discover new perspectives and innovative solutions to help them find their own way at every stage of their lives.
