Coaching / Advice

Steps in the process

The first consultation is free.

First consultation - mutual introductions

  • Introductions
  • The topic, problem or situation outlined by the client
  • Review the coaching process: content, methodology, length, number of meetings, payment etc.
  • Decision on cooperation (made at the end of the Free of charge session or afterwards)

Gaining a deeper understanding of the topic/situation and objective (1st session):

  • What is the client’s question, dilemma or problem?
  • What does the client want to change?
  • What does the client want to have achieved by the end of the process? What are their goals?
  • What would make the client satisfied? How will we measure successful achievement?

Designing a personalised/tailored coaching process

Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on client needs. Between sessions, clients may be given 'homework' related to their topic, such as keeping a record of an activity, trying out a new skill or doing something else.

  • Business and career coaching: usually 5–10 sessions, each lasting 45–50 minutes
  • HR consulting: business-specific assignments and processes
  • Child-centred divorce counselling: from a few sessions to an ongoing process over a period of year(s), depending on the client’s situation.
